Why I need the iSTEPup Foundation
It is not possible for me to achieve my dream without the help of iSTEPup. It would have been impossible. I am coming from a family of 2 were I am the first born. My parents got a car accident in august this year and all they passed away, so I have no one who can help me to achieve my ambitions of becoming a pharmacist and help people who need medical attention. So I am very sure that without iSTEPup help, I had no choice but to drop out of college by now. The other fact is that, College, especially medical colleges in TANZANIA is very expensive, so I am not able to pay my own fees.

I am Nathasja van Leeuwen, doctor in Tanzania. Sarah found me through her friends, because she needed help. She was almost finished studying pharmacy, when unexpectedly both of her parents passed away in a car accident. She had no financial means of finishing her studies by herself. We called many times and decided to apply for support through I step Up. Luckily, they were able to help her finishing her studies.
